Charge 3 won't charge or connect to my phone

When plug in to charger and press button get smiley face then goes black.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and saw that they tried to help you with this. If you haven't checked your inbox yet, please make follow the recommendations you were sent on April 25th and if you need further assistance, reply back with the outcome so they can continue assisting you.
