Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MAcacia.
I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 screen slowly got dimmer and now it stopped charging or turning on. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend following the troubleshooting instructions including a restart in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

I just updated the app like you suggested, but it didn't change anything.
I also tried restarting the Fitbit which didn't work either. Even after cleaning it and everything.
