Charge 3 won't charge to 100%

My Charge 3 recently started taking super long to charge to 100%. I will plug it into charge when the battery low warning appears. It charges super fast up to 99% then takes more than 2 hours to charge to 100%. That last 1% recently started taking very long. When I first got this Fitbit it would charge to 100% in 2 hours max. Can someone help?

This was not a helpful solution. I have the same problem. The link provided is about trackers that aren't charging. The problem is the trackers are only charging to 99%. Why is this happening?

About your battery issue, have you tried the instructions provided in the previous link? If you haven't, please follow them and see if by following those steps your tracker gets to charge to 100%.

I have been having this issue for months. No matter how long it stays on chargers, it shows 99%. I tried to reboot it, which the article above suggested, yet still same issue.

The commenter literally said those directions don't work. I've had a Charge 3 for a while, and for the last year I've had this problem. Nothing helps. I have rebooted it 3 times in one charging session and it STILL won't charge to 100%.
