Charge 3 - won't charge, won't vibrate, no screen

I have a Charge 3. I was at the pool yesterday and I felt it vibrate a few times. I figured it was telling me the battery was low. When I got back to my home, I went to charge it and there was no screen shown on it. When I plugged it in, I got a smiley face on it. It got hot after 20 mins or so, so I removed it. There was no screen at all and will not vibate at all.

There is still no screen and will not vibrate at all. There is nothing at all. Please help!

Does anyone know how to help? I tried to restart it, but that didn't work either. 

 

It keeps no stats either.
