From today my Charge 3 will not ‘connect’ to my phone unless the app (iOS version 3.23) is open. When the app is closed or phone is locked, the device loses connection. I therefore will only get an accurate exercise if my phone remains on with the app open.
I updated the app from version 3.22, but the problem persists. I have also rebooted my device, restarted my phone, turned Bluetooth off and on, forgot my device on Bluetooth and reconnected again... still having an issue.
Anyone with a fix?
