Charge 3 won't connect to app

Yet again I'm posting on here as haven't received a solution.

My charge 3 wouldn't sync and its last sync was 25/10, I rebooted the charge, after looking at the forums it suggested  I disconnected from Bluetooth, turn Bluetooth off and on I’ve restarted the charge 3 and done a factory reset, I’ve deleted and reinstalled app restarted my phone a number of times, I have tried many times to add the device to my account and getting nowhere, my fitbit was a replacement and only had it since September, can someone from fitbit contact me as this isn't right when I haven't had problems with the phone or device before
