Hi all,
I'm pretty lost now. This morning i discover my fitibit was out of charge, so i charged it. Afterwards it would not be recognized by both my phone (android) and Ipad. I would see that the track was found on both devices but it would not connect. I restarted my devices, fitbit, removed from account and tried again like at least a couple of times now and im at a loss..
Anyone have an idea what i could try?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I did, a lot of times awith no success. Nothing changes. I cleared user data restarted devices uninstall ed apps everything. Each time it sees the fitbit but it won't connect. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Having the exact same issue. Was working perfectly fine and then it would only sync every few tries until it stopped completely and now it can’t “find my device”. Contacted Fitbit support and didn’t receive any additional help to what I’ve already tried.. seems to be an issue within the Fitbit itself as my phone can find the tracker but can’t connect.
