The charge 3 stopped connecting to my iPhone so now the app is worthless and I can’t track sleep or anything on the app. This happened 2 days after getting my charge 3

Well good luck with that. My Charge 3 went completely “black screen” I’ve
thrown in the towel!!!!!

I am pleased that you were able to get your Charge 3 connected. Unfortunately mine went totally “Black Screen” and is of virtually no value what-so-ever. I have spent way too much time messing with this piece of electronic drivel.

Oh no! I am sorry to hear that. You know, if it’s still under warranty, they will send you a replacement for free. Have you spoken to customer service? I can understand that maybe after all the trouble it’s given you, it may not seem worth the bother, but these devices aren’t cheap. Getting a replacement is better than losing all that money, and you know they’re aren’t going to be dishing out a refund.

Thanks for the advise but I’ve been down that road before and it took time. I’m 76.5 years old and believe me time messing with customer service for a Fitbit is not my priority. Frankly I’m most sorry that they quit making the Zip. It was the least expensive model I every owned and the one that gave me the least problem except when I forgot to take it off my exercise shorts and it went through the washer one too many time. I just bought one of the last two gray models that were available on Amazon at double the original price. I’m trying to keep it dry. Best of luck to all you Charge 3 owners. Oh, by the way if you are tired of simply counting steps give Orange Theory a try. It is dynamite!!!

Trying to pair my Charge 3 with my iPhone. Before I can type in the 4-digit code, the Charge 3 displays an X across the screen. Since my update to iOS 13, the Charge 3 has been a pain in the **ahem**.

Did not work for me. Hasn’t sync’d for a couple of weeks.

problem is it is still not syncing. Tried multiple hold downs, reboots from about menu blue tooth removed and readded. Nothing working.

Hi,
Easy fix.
Step1 - Take your fitbit and connect it to the charger.
Step 2 - Go to the Bluetooth section of your phone and ‘forget’ the charge 3
Step 3 - Go to your fitbit app, go to left top corner, select your charge 3 and select ‘Notifications’. It should prompt a message that you Fitbit is not paired, then, just follow the quick steps and its ON.
The Data should sync without failing.
Frustrating problem this is.

Since downloading a recent update I have not been able to sync Charge 3 to iPhone. Have tried everything to remedy this but no success. Feel like I’ve tried every hint and tip from various community chats but no luck!!!

My charger3 doesn’t pair with my iPhone. It is fully charged but the face will not light up. I’ve held the button down for the 8 seconds but no smiley face but the charger vibrates continually until I release my finger
help!
