Charge 3 won't connect to iPhones' Bluetooth

I have a Charge 3. For the past few weeks in particular, the Bluetooth drops out all day.

I have followed all the directions. Making sure All Day Sync is activated, Share System Notifications is turned on. I have deleted the App and reinstalled it. I have rebooted the phone and the Charge 3 itself. This worked for a couple of hours before it dropped out again. I never had this issue with the Charge 2, and only recently with the 3.

Hi - is there any update on why the Bluetooth keeps dropping out? I still can’t keep my Charge 3 connected.

I have the same problem, My charge 3 will not sync to my S9+ I tried everything they suggested and nothing work. I am disappointed in the lack of concern and assistance I received to  address the problem.  I finally gave up and threw it in a drawer. I am now using a Samsung watch. Miss my Fitbit friends and challenges but I refuse to waste money on another one I've only had this one for 7 months.

No, no resolution as yet. I have had lengthy online chats with customer service as well as a phone call. It seems I tried literally every troubleshooting method and it still didn’t work. 
I am waiting to hear more.

My issue was not resolved and no efforts really made to assist me. I just

same here, already for some months. Effect is the device is really of no use for me now since during runs it only records a straight line in case it recorded 2 gps points. Can this get priority, I see many disappointed users (and I was quite happy until January).

I will now look at Samsung or Apple devices, i've been using fitbit for 7 years, think its time for a change

I went back to Samsung, I liked the challenges on fitbit but I refuse to
purchase another.
