Phone and watch won't connect. I have turned Bluetooth on and off again and refreshed app, showing as up to date but still not connecting. Help please??

Hi there, @Jpmoore. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is still not connecting to your phone I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the following steps:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
