So my Fitbit is saying my Bluetooth isn’t turned on my phone and it won’t sync. My Bluetooth is turned on my phone and works fine with all my other devices.
It says my Fitbit is connected to Bluetooth. My watch is still tracking my steps and tells the proper time. It just doesn’t sync with my phone and I can’t do the update either because of this Bluetooth issue.
I have tried resetting my phone. Turning off my Bluetooth and turning it on again. Turning Bluetooth off of the charge 3 on my Bluetooth list and then adding it again. I reset my Fitbit about 7 times and nothing changes for any of these. Not sure what to do. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm sorry to hear about the syncing difficulties you've been experiencing with your Charge 3. Thanks for all the steps you've tried so far in order to sort this out.
I'd appreciate if you can confirm if the steps provided here were the steps you already followed? Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If so, please try this:
- Open Settings app on phone
- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'
- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned ON
