Charge 3 won't connect to phone

I haven't used my fitbit charge 3 for 4 months. And now I'm trying to sync it to my phone, it doesn't work. So I deleted it and tried connecting again. Didn't work. Than I reset the charge 3 successfully and restarted my phone and tried again. Nothing!! Than I deleted the app and installed it again and once again, nothing!! This is really a disaster, for amount of money we pay, we shouldn't go through this. Find me a solution, fast!!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MajaB.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 tracker won't connect to your phone. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. Please confirm if you've tried the following:

  1. Remove your Fitbit and any other device from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

For complete troubleshooting instructions, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
