I can’t get my charge 3 to connect to Facebook. When I go to add in my community tab in my phone it never pops up with the button to push to get it started it just loads and loads and nothing happens. I’ve made sure I’m all connected with the right emails. I even synced with fb to post this but that didn’t change anything

Thanks for troubleshooting this Facebook issue by yourself. Are you receiving any type of error at the moment of connecting these two accounts? If you are, please provide me with a screenshot. In the meantime, I recommend logging our from your Fitbit account and log back in, then try again to link them.

I seem to have the same issue. I logged out of the fitbit account and the back in but the little wheel by the red bar just keeps spinning.

I also cant connect to facebook to find friend on my s10+ app with charge 3. Just runs for a long time then says nine found even when I have friends posting about their fitbits. Time to finally fix this issue plz

Also expericing this problem. Just got my Fitbit Charge 3 yesterday - this problem ought to be simple to fix and it’s been here since February- wow...time to move! ;-D
I tried to post a picture here, but there’s no upload button - the screen is showing what others described: red “connecting to Facebook” with loading icon, but nothing happens even after 5-20 minutes.

Same issue with my Ionic. PLEASE HELP! This is really frustrating me that I can't connect with people for challenges.

I posted here with a very detailed report of the different ways I tried to fix the problem, but for some reason Fitbit deleted the post. Short of the long: I also have this problem and it's extremely annoying not to be able to connect with my friends.

If I disable Fitbit from seeing my contact list on my iPhone, the forever spinning busy icon next to "Connect Facebook" disappears. I mention this in case someone understands why these things are related. Unfortunately, the fundamental problem of not being able to sync with my Facebook friends persists.
