Charge 3 won’t connect with facebook

I can’t get my charge 3 to connect to Facebook. When I go to add in my community tab in my phone it never pops up with the button to push to get it started it just loads and loads and nothing happens. I’ve made sure I’m all connected with the right emails. I even synced with fb to post this but that didn’t change anything

Unfortunately, I was unable to fix it. Didn't mean to imply that I resolved the issue from my post because I did not. It's still quite unfortunate as I cannot connect with my friends.
