Charge 3 won't connect with my new phone

Won't sync to phone days app is needed but I have it downloaded.

Hi @Tlombardi72, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Charge 3 has experienced with your new phone, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your tracker from scratch and see if it connects with your phone properly.
