I had my charge 3 replaced because the screen was grey and it wouldn't synch. The new watch won't synch either now so I tried a reset then unpaired it. My phone now won't pair, and neither will my tablet when I tried that. Getting very frustrated now.

How do I get help over the phone? I have tried a few times to get someone on live chat and have the same syncing problem.
