Charge 3 won't connect with phone or tablet

I had my charge 3 replaced because the screen was grey and it wouldn't synch. The new watch won't synch either now so I tried a reset then unpaired it. My phone now won't pair, and neither will my tablet when I tried that. Getting very frustrated now.

Hi @Mammymo, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your new Charge 3 has experienced connection issues with your phone and tablet. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

How do I get help over the phone? I have tried a few times to get someone on live chat and have the same syncing problem.

Hi, I rang the helpline number that came up on the "Help" section, overall
it took over 20 minutes on the line, I had to disconnect the Fitbit from
the Bluetooth, keep it on charge and delete all information from my device.
It might work for you too. Good luck 🤞
