Charge 3 won't finish syncing

I have been unable to sync my Charge 3 and Apple App since Wednesday. Is this a current issue at your end? If not how can I fix this?

The Fitbit app is currently working fine on iOS and Android mobile devices. If you still can't sync, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1644890026559.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
