Charge 3 won't hold a charge, even after reset and cleaning the charge port.

My Charge 3 won't hold a charge, regardless of where or how I am charging it. I have cleaned the charger ports and reset it several times. After being on the charger for hours, it reads 100%. I take it off the charger and it dies within moments. When putting it back on the charger, it reads 1% charged. Is my battery dead suddenly? How can I get a new battery?
