Charge 3 won't hold a charge

I charged my Fitbit Charge 3 Monday for about 8 hours because I forgot to put it on after my shower. Today is Wednesday and it is at 12%. Anyone having issues with it holding  a charge or getting the pins to access the device correctly to charge it?

Because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary. We recommend that you use the charging cable that came with your device. Note that after several hundred charge cycles, your device may need to be charged more often.

Below there are tips to extend your Charge 3's battery life:

For best results, don’t leave your device plugged in on the charger longer than overnight.
