Good morning,
I have seen several others with this problem in the discussion forum. My charge 3 will not stay charged for more than a couple hours. I have tried all the recommended trouble shooting and nothing has worked. It is very frustrating as it is not even a year old. Highly considering switching to a new product because of the issues.

Mine too! I literally just bought it yesterday. I was so excited to upgrade from my Alta HR I got a few years back. I charged it and it said 88% a few hours later I was at 12% 😳- so I charged it again and it said 100%, went to bed and woke up a few hours later to use the restroom and I usually look at my arm...the watch was dead!! WTH?!? Online it said battery should last for 7 days, I used to get at least 4-5 from the Alta HR. And I don’t have any crazy notifications coming in- actually none at all bc I cant get it to work again 😔 I’m so sad and I hope if you find a fix, you’ll let me know!! @Fitbit needs to get it torture bc this isn’t the first post I’ve seen about this. And I can’t even return it right now bc stores are closed 😕
