Charge 3 won't hold a charge

Hello. I have been using a Charge 3 for about three months with great battery life. I was charging about every six days. Suddenly, the battery went from that to completely draining within one day. I have tried restarting the device and charging to 100%, restarting again, turning off all notifications and constant connect, etc. It will not last even 20 hours. Am I out of luck?

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your tracker isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.

Really? I posted this three months ago. The tracker has since gone in the trash. A couple days after I posted this it overheated on the charger and nearly caused a fire. Thanks anyway.
