Charge 3 won't hold a charge

I give up.  My altimeter doesn’t work correctly. The heart rate doesn’t work at all and now it won’t hold a charge. This is a terrible product. It didn’t even make it a year. I’m done using it.

I understand how are you feeling and will be glad to help you out with the issues you are experiencing with your Charge 3.

 

About the altimeter, is it tracking extra floor or non at all? The heart rate, follow the steps in the article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and about the battery, follow the ones in the article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?.
