Charge 3 won't hold a charge

I have a Charge 3 and battery goes dead within a few hours. Can the battery be replaced or what needs to be done. Also I'm not sure the heart rate is always registering correctly.

If you are having problems with your tracker's battery, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following those tips, test  your unit.
