About a year old. Yesterday would not hold a charge even when fully charged... died within an hour of removing from charger. Had the idea this morning to reset the device and that seems to have helped a bit, but don't understand why the charge is not lasting for a day let alone the 4 days that it should. Anyone have the same issue and a solution? I don't want to buy another one, a device should last more than a year.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. If your tracker isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there.
