I was charging my Charge 3 weekly than late last week I started having to charge it everyday. The charge goes down quickly. How can I get it to stay charged like before?

Still not recharging as it should.  I need to charge everyday.  No more Fitbits for me.

Having same problem not holding charge.

Support has just suggested turning off unused items

Even dial brightness an issue.

Fitbit user since 2014 and had strap attachment issues w/orig Charge.

Will call support Monday but my "run" (pun intended) w/Fitbit may  be coming to an end.

Mine won't hold a charge for more than a day.   It is a little over a year, and it did the crazy buzzing and switching screen thing too.  It was out of warranty, so I sent it to Amazon warranty I purchased.  I will never buy a fitbit again.  To spend over $100 on an item that lasts a little over a year is crazy.

The latest firmware update killed my Charge 3 as the battery goes from 100% to 5% in less than 10 minutes. I was told the engineers are aware but have not implemented any hot fixes for this issue. Customer support contacted me with a message which pretty much says "You're SOL, but here's a 35% coupon to spend more money on us!". Unless they roll back the update or implement a fix, my faith in this company is gone.

Having same issue, once i received the firmware update yesterday, the Charge 3 was charged up at 93% last night before i went to sleep and this morning was 22%.  It charges back up to 99% but continues to drain and now its down to 50% in only a few hours.  The 1 year was up last September.

This is insane to spend over $150 for a device that only lasts a year?  Does anyone else have any answers to this?  Suggestions before i toss it and go for a different brand?  Thanks, Dana
