My Charge 3 stopped holding any charge. The display said it's full charged while connected, but as soon as it was disconnected, it went to 1%, vibrated and shut off. I charged it off my computer. Again said it was fully charged while connected, once it was disconnected it went to 50%. That didn't even last a day, and after charging it AGAIN, it won't turn on at all. It will vibrate a couple times when you press the button, then nothing. How do I fix this? I've only had it a year.

First, I cannot turn my Fitbit on. So I can't do any of those battery
saving tips. And secondly, all those functions were generally off to begin
with. I used the fit bit for steps, heart rate and sleep. I didn't use the
motion detection feature that would light up the screen, mainly because it
never really worked well anyway.
