All of a sudden my Charge 3 will not hold a charge more than a day. I left on the charger for several hours yesterday to ensure it could obtain a full charge. It did. Now it has like a tick mark on the home screen when I initially click on it. This was happening when it jumped down to 7% also. It appears to be in sleep mode. I cannot move through the menu on the screen. Any ideas? Any help is appreciated.
