Charge 3 won't hold charge longer than 5 hours

At the beginning of this week my Charge 3 started having this issue - where the battery is draining really quickly. I can usually get 3-4 days before the battery gets close to draining. I can't get more than 5 hours, and that's with it without me wearing it. I've restarted it multiple times, force stopped and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, shut my Bluetooth off so it can't sync, removed all notifications and some alarms. None of it matters. 

 

This happens every once in awhile and I'm able to get it to hold a charge again after a day or two, but it's been almost a week and I've tried everything I can think of, and everything I've seen in these forums. Nothing is working. Help?
