I have had my charge 3 for a little less than a year. Just before Christmas, the battery started draining quickly and now it will not charge at all. I have cleaned the ports on the charger, moved it from a wall charger to a USB port on my computer and still nothing. I have also cleaned the Fitbit itself as suggested by the administration. This was a gift and I have no way to return or exchange it. Is there anything else I can do? I’ve lost 54 lbs. and I’m lost not being able to track my activity. Thank you!

Good luck, I am on fitbit charge 3 - #2 and the battery is dead after 36 to 48 hours. To be honest, I am thinking of switching to a different brand. Its the worst quality tech I have ever owned yet it has the potential to be amazing when it works.
