Charge 3 won’t hold charge

Hello. My fitbit charge 3 battery won't hold a charge. I will have the Charge 3 plugged into the original charger it came with and I've tried having it plugged into the wall and into my laptop. After a few minutes of it charging it will say that the battery is at 100%. I take it off of the charger and after a few minutes it will be back down to 1%.
 
I have tried the short reset with the smiley face coming up, the long reset with the 7 vibrations, and I have changed my clock face. None of these things have helped my problem.

Hello. My Fitbit charge 3 now has lines on the top of screen there. It looks black and almost as if the pixels are messed up. It is near the top of the screen through the time that is displayed.  I have tried the short reset with the smiley face coming up, the long reset with the 7 vibrations, and I have changed my clock face. None of these things have helped my problem.
