Hi I’ve had my charge 3 just over a year and it’s suddenly stopped working.  When I put it on charge it’s showing 1% left it over night and was showing 100% only walked downstairs and it’s totally dead again .  Help please ?

Hello. Mine is having the same issue. It goes from 1% to 100%, I put it on and 1 minute later it’s completely dead. It also now has lines through the face & I’ve reset it multiple times, changed clock faces and all of the other recommendations on here.

I, too, am having this same issue... it just started yesterday. I’ve tried troubleshooting suggestions that I’ve found on here, including rebooting the device itself. I still cannot get my Charge 3 to hold a charge and I’ve only been using it on and off for about a year.

I had the same problem happen last night. I had about 50% battery, but when I woke up, my battery was drained. I tried to charge it for about 3 hours before it woke up after cleaning all the contacts, plugging and unplugging it into different ports. It heated up significantly, so I unplugged it, and let it cool off. Still not working. I plugged it in and it vibrated awake, so I assumed it was fixed and charged it and put it on. About 4 hours later, I came back from a walk and noticed it was dead again. I charged it up to 100% an hour ago and now it’s at 50%.
