This is my 5th Fitbit 2 of the original and 3rd Charge 3 and everyone has broken this last one my mother bought and gave to me in July and it won’t hold a charge within an hour to 2 hours it’s completely drained

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Charge 3 and it's drained battery.
