My initial charge 3 lasted 3 months; Fitbit replaced it ; 2nd one no good; 3rd time was a charm. But now after another 4 months it’s not working properly. I clean it regularly, and usually it stays charged for 5-7 days; last week I was at a beach resort with family- I did not have it on in water at any time, but I probably was perspiring more than usual some days. Not sure if that affected it but suddenly it started flashing back and forth from screen to screen, then not working. As soon as I got home I cleaned it and charged it- thought it was ok. But for the whole week now it only holds the charge for less than 24 hours! I’ve cleansed it multiple times . Very frustrating!

I’ve had my charge 3 replaced less than a year ago. It’s is not keeping its charge. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this product.
