Charge 3 won't hold its charge for more than 3 hours

Charge 3 won't hold its charge for more than 3 hour after a full charge. I've tried all the suggestions on different posts but nothing is work it seams to have got steady worst sinse the last update can anyone help please

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not holding a charge and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't specify which troubleshoots you tried so I want to confirm that you tried cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this,  restart your device and see how it behaves.

Thank you for your reply ,I had cleaned the contact and tried all the
suggestions I could find, but I realized that my Fitbit was still
under warranty so I contacted Amazon so we shall see what happens
