Fitbit Charge 3 no longer maps my runs anymore. It provides tracking times, distance, energy, etc. But no longer gives a google map of the route I ran. Frustrating as it always used to.

Hi @HRod01, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the GPS maps issue that your Charge 3 has experienced.

 

I'd like you to restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. This article also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try.
