Charge 3 won't pair and sleep score not showing

Been working for a few years. All of a sudden no sleep score & when I try to pair, says an app is needed.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I recommend confirming that your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab in the Fitbit app, and tap your profile picture.
  2. You should see your Charge 3 paired to your Fitbit account.
