Charge 3 won't pair or sync to my phone

I have tried EVERYTHING online and nothing will work. I even disconnected it from my Fitbit account and can’t reconnect it. I have been trying for hours and now it doesn’t work at all. I factory reset my charge 3 and now not only does it not connect but I have also lost all my data

I'm having the same trouble!  When I set up my charge 3 a few days ago, it was seamless.  Today, is won't sync.  I've tried rebooting my iphone, my charge 3, deleted my app and reinstalled, turned everything off and on, and my phone's bluetooth can't find my charge 3.  SO frustrating!!!!!

Same here! I got a new phone and its like it don't exist! And now my fitbit time isn't keeping up I even tried to chs ge the tine zone and switch it back and nothing
