Charge 3 won't pair to Charge 3

My bluetooth on my Samsung isn't pairing with my charge 3. I have been experiencing syncing issues despite following all the steps to restart. I am very frustrated.

Hi there @Marshel, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already troubleshooting the syncing difficulties you're having with your Charge 3. Nice way to go!

 

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

 

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance. 

 

I'd recommend following the steps provided in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Thank you for your response.
I have a Samsung S7 and it is on the compatible list but I am constantly
struggling to sync my Fitbit to the app. It is always looking for the
device and I have to troubleshoot it everytime I need to sync.
I am not sure what to do.
My Fitbit did eventually pair up with my phone but as mentioned earlier I
am struggling to sync it.
