After syncing probs, followed advice to unpair then reconnect. Get to the 4 digit pin stage but it just won't pair up. Tried several times over last couple of days. Annoying!

Hi there @Becjen101, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Charge 3, I understand why you're feeling annoyed. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for trying to solve the syncing difficulties, I'll be glad to help you.

As per the 4-digit code on your Charge 3's screen, It seems that your tracker is asking you to pair it again, so I'd suggest doing the following:

  • Unpair your Charge 3 from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Charge 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Charge 3.

If you can't get started with your tracker, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
