Charge 3 won't pair to my phone's Bluetooth

My Charge 3 stopped syncing three days ago.  I have two different phones (Android) that were synced to the Charge 3.  I've gone through all the steps regarding version, etc.  I've discovered that neither phone can now detect the Charge 3 on Bluetooth.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

You mention a phone but no model. Yes you are correct, your phones Bluetooth should not be able to find your Charge 3, all setup must be done through the fit it app. 

First thing is to make sure only one of your two phones have Bluetooth on, and please remove the Charge 3 from its Bluetooth list. 

If your tracker is still connected to your account, it should sync.

The phones are a Motorola G4 and a Motorola G7 Power. I've removed the
CHarge 3 from the G7; it now has no Bluetooth connections. The G4 still
does not sync.
