Hello,

I have read that the Galaxy s10 is not yet a compatible device for the charge 3. Is this true? Is there any information for when it will be compatible?

What I had to do was go into my settings and under device care go to battery and under power mode choose high performance. Then I restarted my phone and paired it again and it paired right away.
