Charge 3 won't pair with Huawei P30 lite

Struggling to sync and time was incorrect so tried restarting. Followed advice on forum, finally decided to unpair from phone and start again. Now phone and Fitbit won't pair. Phone finds Fitbit, I input the pairing code then it just cycles - eventually stating it can't pair. Help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @TJMum.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 tracker wasn't syncing and now it won't pair with your Huawei P30 lite. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

  1. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Force Stop.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Following the complete troubleshooting instructions from this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

I am having the same issue with my charge 3 not pairing with my Huawei p30 lite. I unpaired the fitbit and followed your instructions above and tried to repair it and it's telling me that it cannot pair.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Eamo30 @mmc60.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue with your devices. I appreciate your efforts following our troubleshooting instructions and recommend erasing the data from your devices: on your device, open the Settings app > About > Clear User Data.

Make sure to check our tips for Android devices at What are some tips for using the Fitbit app on my Android phone? If you have several devices for syncing, the tracker is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Make sure the other device is not nearby or turn off Bluetooth on it before trying to pair the tracker to your Fitbit account.

I'll be around.

Hi Liliya,

I cleared user data, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I'm still having the same issue.

Hi,

I tried all the steps and then was passed on to customer services. They
sent me a prepaid return form to send back my pebble and a new one has been
sent to me.

Hope this helps.

I have the same issue with Charge 3 and Huawei P30 Lite. None of the suggestions here work. Could someone please help? The device is found via Bluetooth but just whirrs when connecting and then eventually won't do it and I either get a white screen or it just says it won't connect.

Hi,

I sent mine back and received a replacement... That then stopped working
and sent that back and got another replacement... Of course that one did
not work so gave up and threw it in the bin. I moved on to an apple watch
instead and have had no issues.
