I've been trying to unsuccessfully pair this with my new phone my g6 worked absolutely fine, but I can't get the charge 3 to even pair with my new phone.
I even tried to reinstall the app on my old phone, now that won't even work.
Help please

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:
- Removing your Charge 3 from the list of Bluetooth devices on your old g6.
- Restart your Charge 3.
- Set up your Charge 3 to your g9 as a replacement device:

Hi Markymark1980, have you solved the issue? I really would like to buy a Versa 2, but surfing the web and also this Fitbit forum I understood that not being listed as a compatible device there is a good probability that something won't work... Sadly I discovered that Fitbit is really phone dependant, and you really risk to buy money and then have a Fitbit not syncing!
