Hi all, I've been on here before complaining about my charge 3 screen going dimmer dimmer till finally blank, I had luckily reset it and could just read the pairing code with it cupped in my hands and an ear glass magnifier. I've use it ever since with the blank screen and it's been fine. Then I've gone and broken my old Sony phone and set up a new one Mi 9T....yay new u cracked screen, fast responses etc etc etc...the the installing of all my apps, hmmmm fitbit hasn't carried the connect to my charge 3,oh dear I thought not a chance of pair it again as its blank, so I turned on my Bluetooth and it sees the charge 3, I tap to pair and it does the spinning wheel trying but no joy no pair code given so not connected....so I try this, tap to connect and then held the button on the charge 3 and walla it pairs....not sure how but it has. I thought I'd put it out there to see if it helps others reconnect with there fitbit charge 3. Also if your screen is really dark I firstly swiped left till the settings at the end, tap on it and tapped at the top of the screen where the brightness setting is and set it to normal, not auto or dim just normal and that gave me a lighter screen for while.
