Charge 3 won't pair with my phone

My Charge 3 was having sync issues. I updated the app, restarted my phone (Android), and it was still having issues. I looked in the forum and restarted my fitbit, still nothing. I also saw on the forum I should have my Bluetooth forget my fitbit so I did that and now when I try to add it back it won't show it as an available device to pair with (I have my fitbit right next to my phone)

I’m having exactly the same problem! I “forgot” my device from my iPhone and now I cannot find it again. It won’t sync and I’ve followed every help article - I even tried removing the whole device from my FitBit and resyncing it but my phone doesn’t even register my device when it’s plugged in next to my phone. I’m at an absolute loss at what to do, having tried everything.
