Charge 3 won’t pair with my phone

I did try all possible options to pair my Charge 3 with the phone, but it still doesn't work.

I have contacted support center and they didn’t help either. I suppose to receive an email from them and send them screen shoots from my app, so they can see where is the issue. I didn’t hear back from them...I’m very disappointed! Expected better customer service! Now, I just want to return my Fitbit as it is still on the warranty.

@Lusi86 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Sorry to hear about this. You don't mention which troubleshoots you have tried so I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
