so I'd had problems with my charge 3 before and in the end had to have it replaced, I've not had the replacement long and already it doesn't work. It wouldn't sync and had lost time so I decided to unpair from my phone, big mistake now it won't connect at all. I've tried everything to get it to work with no luck

Hi @AimeeJadeOx when you say "unpair" what do you mean? Unpair is when the tracker is removed from the phones bluetooth. This often helps with a sync or setup problem, and does not require the user to pair the tracker. In fact a user is unable to pair a tracker to the phones bluetooth, with an error of Pair rejected by Charge 3.
Once the Charge 3 is removed from the phone's bluetooth, simply open the app and let it sync.
If it doesnt sync.
Try turning the bluetooth off/on
Log out/in on the Fitbit app
Force stop the Fitbit app.
Clear the Fitbit cache
Try through wifi and cellular
Restart the phone
Shutdown the phone.

@AimeeJadeOx I would contact.fitbit.com
@Helen2306 so your problem with your unknown phone is not a setup issue, but a sync issue. Did you follow the steps posted above?
