Charge 3 won't pair

Trying to pair new Charge 3 with Samsung S8. The Bluetooth sees the Charge 3 but doesn't pair successfully. I have tried 2 ways, without success:

- Restarted both the Charge 3 and phone

- Fitbit app account page, tap on set up a new device, select Charge 3, tap on 'set up your Fitbit Charge 3' and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Want ever purchase another Fitbit! Only won that’s worked right was Blaze to me was the best they had! Good Luck.

Omg I hope that doesn’t happen to me. I got a replacement. I’m waiting for it in the mail. My charge 3 is doing exactly what your did. Plus it wouldn’t pair up with my phone. Good luck

Why isn't there any clear and final solution to the Fitbit Bluetooth issues on Android?

I've read an endless chain of articles regarding this but nothing works.

Stop with the help article "Why can't I setup my Fitbit device?" as a solution. It's a link for another problem.

If you have a soution, just supply it. Or supply a link with the specific title for this problem.

Fitbit, please supply a definitive solution to this problem or simply fix it in firmware updates.

I called Fitbit customer service. They tried helping me. But I told them I did everything they suggested, they just sent me a new Fitbit. 😀This one works with no issues . Good luck!

We found your tracker . .... connecting to tracker..... never connects....been trying for a couple weeks. at 1st it wouldnt tell the right time and wouldnt sync. so i removed it and tried to re-add it and this is as far as it goes. i tried restarting it, restarting my phone (Iphone 10x) nope, tried deleting data, deleting app, turning off fitbit, letting the fitbit sit over night on adding device. nope! none of this has worked. Even tried pairing to another phone (iphone 7 plus) nope get stuck at the same place.pretty sad when it wouldnt tell time but now i cant even use it for that. /I was happy with my charge2, charge 3? not at all

I too am BEYOND FRUSTRATED! I was hopeful for the recent firmware update, but there has been absolutely NO improvement. I am tired of restarting my phone, restarting fitbit, removing fitbit from account and adding it back, etc., etc., etc. As others have stated, it's seems clear that Fitbit is not interested in customer satisfaction or preserving market share, as they seem to be just "phoning it in" when it comes to resolving these issues once and for all. I have been a long-time Fitbit fan. This both disappointing and extremely Frustrating!

Do you have an Apple phone? I have 8 plus until I put on my phone a MobileTrack, I could not pair with Charge 3 once that happen my problem was solved. This MobileTrack is on my Fitbit App, is your up to date? Know what your going through, took almost two years for me still like my Blaze better then any I have had. Good luck!

I called Fitbit customer service! I did everything you did with no results. They replace it. And so far it’s been great. Call them
