Hello, the light on the back of my charge 3 that lets you know it is trying to read if it is being worn won’t go out, even when left on a table with nothing touching the monitor side. For a while it was even giving a heart rate while not being worn, but I managed to stop that, and now it won’t read my heart rate at all. It did get pretty wet at work more than normal, but isn’t it supposed to be able to half water? How do I get my charge 3 to stop trying to read when not worn and get an accurate read on my heart when it is?

@Tasha-L94 Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your Charge 3 not reading your heart rate. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Also make sure the heart rate reading option is on on your tracker's settings.
Let me know how it goes.
