I got a new phone and my Fitbit is connected , but I used to get my messages on my charge 3 and now I don’t.

Try checking the settings. On the phone app tap on your profile icon (top left) and then tap the device tile. Scroll down to notifications and make sure it is turned on for the apps that you want sent to your device.

@LadyDi24 Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not getting notifications from your new phone. Besides checking your Fitbit app's notification settings like @wtksk8r kindly suggested I would like to add that if you have your old phone then please remove your tracker from the bluetooth settings on it. Regardless of this please clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
